Shipping Locations We currently ship to addresses in Canada and the United States only. We accept orders in both CAD and USD.

Lost or Delayed Packages While rare, packages can occasionally be delayed or lost in transit. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please check your tracking information first for any updates.

If your tracking shows no movement for several days or indicates the package is lost, please contact us immediately. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or building management, as carriers sometimes leave packages in secure locations. If you still cannot locate your package after 24 hours, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
